At some busy time, say, Friday & Saturday night, the quality is very poor. The voice has delay. It doesn't seems to be any better than internet phone (skype). So after this card use up, I won't purchase anymore, and will continue using skype.

Hi, Some how , I don't know what happened. Last night I bought a $10 card and tried to make a call but was told my banlance was too low to make a call ! This morning I add another $20 (maybe it is stupid to have done so ) but still was told my banlance was too low to make call! Will please help me with it ? Or how I could get my money back ?
