And also, there are no one answering the 1 866 customer service number, this really creates problems, plus no local access numbers can be used, this really sucks. I hope you do try to improve this crucial part of your service.

The local access numbers I tried are totally unuseable, this really sucks. I can only dial 1800 access number, which means higher rates than I expected. This better to be improved. I don't know what is the meaning of showing all the local access numbers if they cannot be dial and use???!!!

This is the second time I have used this product. It is cheaper then some other cards I have seen. Other cards I have seen were like 26 cents per minute and this is only 12.8 cents per minute. It is good quality for a cheap price.

This is the first time I use your phonecard at the recommendation of someone. I paid $10 but couldn't use the card getting a message "balance too low." I didn't even dial any numbers yet. I also couldn't reach anyone at customer service. When I tried to recharge, only $20 is listed, in which case I will have to pay $30 without trying anything. I checked your FAQ and didn't see any explanations. Please explain.
